Your Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2 may not be connecting to your iPhone despite the Bluetooth signal appearing normal for several reasons:

1. Already Connected to Another Device: If the status indicator is solid white, the headphones may be connected to a different device. You need to disconnect them from that device first.

2. Not in Pairing Mode: To enter pairing mode, push and hold the power/Bluetooth button up until the light blinks blue. If it's not blinking, it's not in pairing mode.

3. Battery Charge Too Low: If the indicator is flashing red, the battery is too low to operate. Charge the headphones before trying again.

4. Incorrect Bluetooth Settings on iPhone: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone and that it's searching for new devices.

5. Proximity Issues: Keep the headphones close to the iPhone during pairing.

Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (blue flashing light) and Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone.

Your Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2 may not be receiving a Bluetooth signal despite normal linking and connecting tones due to an active auxiliary connection. If the supplied USB-C to 3.5 mm audio cable is inserted into the headphone's USB-C socket, the headphones will automatically disconnect from any Bluetooth devices. Remove the cable to restore Bluetooth functionality.
