    ATTACHING / REMOVING THE BASE Note: Remove the monitor and monitor base from its packaging. Carefully place the monitor face-down on a stable surface -- use a cloth to avoid scratching the screen. Attach the stand arm and the base Ensure that the base is screwed tight to the monitor, as illustrated.

    SCREEN POSITION ADJUSTMENT In order to optimize the best viewing position, you can adjust the height/tilt of the monitor. • Tilt Please see the illustration below for an example of the tilt range. Only at the highest point can 25 degrees of recline be offered for the angle of elevation.

    USER CONTROLS Base Controls Item Description Turns the monitor on/off. Blue indicates power on. Power button/indicator Amber indicates standby/power saving mode. Hotkey 1, 2 buttons Press to activate user defined hotkey function. Input button Press to toggle input sources. Press to activate the OSD menu, then use it as Navi/OK button directional key to highlight the desired function.
  • Page 22 Adjusting the OSD settings Note: The following content is for general reference only. Actual product specifications may vary. Note: This product qualifies for ENERGY STAR in the “factory default” setting and this is the setting in which power savings will be achieved. Changing the factory default picture settings or enabling other features will increase power consumption that could exceed the limits necessary to qualify for ENERGY STAR rating.
