To fix a jammed blade on a HART HLHT01 without any visible obstruction:

1. Stop the unit and remove the battery pack.
2. Make sure the blades have completely stopped.
3. Inspect the blades carefully for any internal buildup or misalignment.
4. Clean the blades thoroughly with a dry cloth to remove any dirt or debris.
5. Check for damaged, missing, or loose parts such as screws.
6. If needed, sharpen the blades using an 8 in. smooth round file (1/4 in. or 7/32 in. diameter), maintaining the original tooth angle.
7. Reassemble and restart the unit to check if the issue is resolved.
