Possible Corrective Measures
Perform the touchpad calibration via
phone setting menu.
Check settings.
Delete some existing messages in
the phone.

case, check it is covered the area
around proximity sensor
Make sure that the area around the
proximity sensor is clean.
Check the setting status of sound
menu to make sure you are not in
vibrate or silent mode.
Take out the battery and insert
battery.
Turn on the phone.
Try to do software update service
via web site
