    Changing the cooking time Use the button to change the cooking time. After a few seconds, the change is adopted. If the timer has been set, press the button beforehand. Cancelling the cooking time Use the button to reset the cooking time to 00:00. After a few seconds, the change is adopted.

    Childproof lock The oven has a childproof lock to prevent children switching it on accidentally. The oven will not react to any settings. The timer and clock can also be set when the childproof lock has been activated. If the type of heating and temperature or grill setting have been set, the childproof lock interrupts the heating.

    Cleaning the self-cleaning surfaces in the cooking compartment The back wall in the cooking compartment is coated with a highly porous ceramic layer. This coating absorbs and disintegrates splashes from baking and roasting while the oven is in operation. The higher the temperature and the longer the oven is in operation, the better the result will be.

    Detaching the door Open the oven door fully. Fold up the two locking levers on the left and right (figure A). Close the oven door as far as the limit stop. With both hands, grip the door on the left and right-hand sides. Close the door a little further and pull it out (figure B).
