INSTALLING THE ADAPTER PLATE When installing the Non-Luminaire version (F-064) Remove 1 and loosen 2 screws from the outer perimeter of the mounting plate. Pull the light wires through the center hole of the adapter plate. You do not need said wires if you purchased F-064. Twist lock the adapter plate into place. -

Attach blue wire from motor to blue wire on LED module and white wire from motor to white wire on LED module. TROUBLESHOOTING My Fan Will Not Start Check main and branch circuit fuses or circuit breakers. Check line wire connections to fan and switch wire connections in the switch housings. WARNING: Make sure the main power is turned off!
