6 Troubleshooting

If your AirVibe does not function properly, consult the table below. If you are unable to
solve the problem, contact a Philips service centre or the Consumer Care Centre in your
country.
Problem
The AirVibe can not be turned on.
The "---" is displayed on the screen
of AirVibe.
I can hear noise from the air quality
monitor.
Solution
• Recharge the appliance or connect the
appliance to AC power.
• The appliance has a malfunction. Take the
appliance to your Philips dealer or a service
center authorised by Philips.
• The device is at warming up stage right after
when the power is on, and the sign will be

• Your air quality monitor is performing
the sensing of your indoor air quality to
provide the air quality feedback of your

reduce irritation.
