6 Troubleshooting
If your AirVibe does not function properly, consult the table below. If you are unable to
solve the problem, contact a Philips service centre or the Consumer Care Centre in your
country.
Problem
The AirVibe can not be turned on.
The "---" is displayed on the screen
of AirVibe.
I can hear noise from the air quality
monitor.
Solution
•
Recharge the appliance or connect the
appliance to AC power.

The appliance has a malfunction. Take the
appliance to your Philips dealer or a service
center authorised by Philips.

The device is at warming up stage right after
when the power is on, and the sign will be

few seconds.

The sensor has a malfunction. Take the
appliance to your Philips dealer or a service
center authorised by Philips.

Your air quality monitor is performing
the sensing of your indoor air quality to
provide the air quality feedback of your
environment. There is a fan inside of the
appliance, the noise is normal. It is not
recommended to place next to your bed to
reduce irritation.
