Abstract: This document focuses on the steps necessary for the
successful installation of Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0
and Service Pack 6 on Compaq Armada™ M700, E500, M300, and
V300 portable products. The steps outlined provide a complete
installation procedure that works regardless of the currently installed
operating system.
For details on Compaq's overall operating system strategy, operating
system features, and the installation of additional Service Packs,
please refer to the Operating System Support for Compaq Portable
Platforms White Paper.
This document is intended for Compaq personnel and customers
needing information on installing Microsoft Windows NT
