    Auto Defrost The temperature and density of food vary, I would recommend that the food be checked before cooking commences. Pay particular attention to large joints of meat and chicken, some foods should not be completely thawed before cooking. For example fish is cooked so quickly that it is sometimes better to begin cooking while still slightly frozen.
