Hanging Installation
The air filter can be hung from the ceiling using
four equal lengths of chain, cable, or steel
strapping rated for the weight of the machine.
For safe clearance beneath the machine, the air
filter should hang no less than 7' from the floor.
Items Needed
Chain, Cable, or Steel Strapping ....... 4 Lengths
Ceiling Hooks .................................................... 4
Open-End Wrench 10mm .................................. 1
ONLY mount the air filter unit to joists or
table that can hold at least 100 lbs. DO
NOT mount the unit only to sheet rock,
pressboard, paneling, or honeycomb wall
panels with expansion-type fasteners. The
fasteners can tear out and the air filter can
fall. Ignoring this caution can result in injury
or property damage.

To hang machine from ceiling:
1. Drill pilot hole for each ceiling hook in center
of joist at mounting location so these will align
with machine eye bolts.
Note: If ceiling joists are covered with sheet
rock or paneling, use a stud finder or other

device to locate joist centers.
2. Fully thread ceiling hooks into joists and
install (4) lengths of chain, cable, or steel
strapping from ceiling.
3. Thread (1) flange nut onto eye bolt, as shown
in Figure 14.
4. Thread eye bolt into top of machine, and
tighten flange nut against top to secure (see
Figure 14).
