TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Appliance does not
work.
Food is not
completely cooked.
Food is cooked
unevenly.
White smoke is
coming out of the
pot.
French fries are not
cooked crispy.
Water tank leaking.
Possible cause
The appliance is not plugged in.
The pot is out of its place.
The food are too large/thick.
The cooking time is too short.
The cooking temperature is too
low.
Too much food in the pot.
The food is not defrosting
completely.
Some food need to be turn over
constantly during cooking.
Cooking greasy foods will cause
a lot of oil oozing. This oil will
produce white smoke with high
temperature.It's normal.
Residual oil in the pot from last
time.
It depends on the water and oil
content of ingredients.
The lid of the water tank is loose.
The water tank is broken.
Solution
Make sure plug into the socket.
Please put the pot into the
housing closely.
Place smaller and thin batches of
food into the pot.
Adjust the cooking time.
Adjust the cooking temperature.
The food cannot more than 4
/ 5 of the pot, and do not put
overstuffed, should leave a gap
between the ingredients.
Defrosting the food completely.
During cooking, pulling out the
pot and turning over the food for
every 5-8mins.
Make sure the pot is clean before
and after each use.
Make sure the chips are dry
before frying and don't cut the
chips too thick. Can preheat the
pot before frying.
Tighten the water tank lid.
