The issue could be due to the microphone not being properly connected or configured. Check the following:
1. Microphone Connection – Ensure the microphone is securely plugged into the correct port on the Pioneer DMH-2770NEX. 2. Microphone Positioning – Verify that the microphone is placed in a suitable location where it can clearly pick up your voice. 3. Bluetooth Settings – Check if the Bluetooth connection is properly established between your phone and the receiver. 4. Phone Permissions – Ensure the phone has granted microphone access to the Android Auto or Bluetooth calling feature. 5. Receiver Settings – Go to the receiver’s settings and confirm that the correct microphone input is selected. 6. Software Updates – Make sure both the receiver’s firmware and your phone’s software are up to date. 7. Test with Another Phone – Try connecting a different phone to see if the issue persists, which can help determine if it's a phone-related problem.
If the issue continues, consider resetting the receiver and re-pairing your phone.
