AT+IREBOOT=<mode>
< mode >: restart mode;
0: Restart the communication module immediately.
1: Wait for the wireless frames currently being sent within the communication
module to complete before restarting.
AT+IREBOOT=1

After the communication module receives the instruction, it replies to OK and
restarts the communication module. No subsequent AT instructions are received
until the restart is
complete.

wake-up
