To set the clock on a GE electric range JCB830:

1. Touch the CLOCK pad once. The display will show "12hr."
2. If you want a 12-hour clock, touch the START pad.
3. To switch to a 24-hour clock, touch the CLOCK pad again. The display will show "24hr."
4. If this is your choice, touch the START pad.
5. To blackout the clock display, touch the BROIL and BAKE pads at the same time for 3 seconds until the display shows "SF," then touch the CLOCK pad again until the display shows "OFF." Confirm by touching START.

Note: In blackout mode, the Start Time function cannot be used.
