bender will not rotate around fully from IMC/RIDGID to EMT side. stops at 94 and says " UP ". Why is this?

The Greenlee 855 bender stops at 94 degrees and displays "UP" when trying to rotate from IMC/RIDGID to EMT side because the bender was advanced to 93 degrees.
