Troubleshooting (Battery)
PROBLEM
No LEDS light up.
Charge Indicator disagrees
with charger.
Battery feels warm.
Battery feels hot!
Tool runs slow.
Battery does not hold a charge.

Battery Charger
PROBABLE CAUSE
Battery is fully discharged.
Battery is damaged.
Charger has not completed the
last 20% of charge.
Battery has been topped-off too
many times without a full discharge.
Battery has been damaged.
Normal usage or charging.
Battery was shorted.
Battery was very heavily used.
Crimper is out of calibration.
Crimper and battery are cold.
Battery is low.
Battery is worn out.
Battery is damaged.
Battery has not been used for several
days. (All batteries self-discharge.)
Battery is worn out.

Charge battery.
Replace battery.
Leave in the charger.
Place into the charger and press
the recondition button on the charger.
