The Eureka NEU529 does not have a traditional reset button. Instead, it has a thermal cut-off feature. If the vacuum overheats and shuts off, turn off the power switch, unplug the vacuum, and check for issues. Once the vacuum cools down, it will reset automatically.

Our vacuums BDLCR200 appear to be working in reverse - exhale vs. inhale, if that makes sense. It shoots dirt out, rather than sucking g it in. Please advise.
