Installing an M.2 module

► LIFEBOOK U757: If applicable, insert the M.2 adapter into the compartment.
► Insert the M.2 module at a slight angle in the direction of the arrow (1)
into the slot on the mainboard.
► Fasten the M.2 module in place in the slot with the screw (2).

Removing an M.2 module

► Undo the screw (1).
The M.2 module snaps slightly upwards.
► Pull the M.2 module in the direction of the arrow (2) and out of the slot on
the mainboard and remove it from the casing.
► LIFEBOOK U757: If you want to install a HDD instead of a new M.2 module, remove the
M.2 adapter (located beneath the M.2 module) from the compartment and install the HDD,
see "Removing and installing hard disk (HDD, LIFEBOOK U757 only)", Page
