Definitions: Safety Guidelines
The definitions below describe the level of severity for each
signal word. Please read the manual and pay attention to these
symbols.
DANGER: Indicates an imminently hazardous situation
which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
WARNING: Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION: Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if
not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE: Indicates a practice not related to personal injury

inserting battery pack. Carrying units with your finger on the switch
or inserting the battery pack into a unit with the switch on invites
accidents.
• DO NOT USE this appliance if it is showing signs of malfunction
in anyway. If the appliance is not working correctly, has been
dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it
to a service center.
