Turn on the air compression to gently relieve tension in your muscles throughout your calves and ankles, then turn on the heat function for extra relaxation and comfort.

    Power Switch (On the Back) Operation • Plug the attached power cord into a compatible outlet. • Locate the power switch on the base of the massager, located to the left of the power cord. When the massager is powered the “Power” LED light will blink.

    Press the “Mode” button to cycle between three unique massage programs. Mode Don't Forget the Power Switch! The truMedic® InstaShiatsu+® Foot and Calf Massager will not function if the power switch (located on the back of the unit) is not turned on first!

    Troubleshooting Problem: The truMedic® InstaShiatsu+® Foot and Calf Massager is making noises when in use. Solution: A steady noise from the motor is typical when the massager is being used. If the massager makes a sudden loud or grinding noises discontinue use and contact truMedic® for service.
