Troubleshooting

If you experience any of the following difficulties while using
the system, use this troubleshooting guide to help remedy the
problem before requesting repairs.
Also consult the Operating Instructions on the following website:

The power does not turn on.
‚ Check that the AC power cord (mains lead) is securely
connected to the wall outlet (mains).
The system does not work normally.
‚ Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead) from the wall
outlet (mains), then reconnect after several minutes.
The system does not output sound of the TV program when
connected to a set-top box.
‚ Check the connections.
‚ Select the correct input of the system to which the set-top box
is connected.
A disc does not play.
‚ The region code of the disc does not match the system.
‚ Moisture has condensed on the lenses inside the main unit.
Remove the disc and leave the main unit turned on for about
half an hour.
‚ The disc is not correctly finalized.
Reducing power usage to less than 0.3 W in

Standby Mode

Press HOME, and then press /// to select [Setup] in [System
Settings]. Check that the following settings are made:
[Control for HDMI] in [HDMI Settings] is set to [Off ].
