DisplayPort compatibility for 3840 x 2160 resolution

If the image of 3840 x 2160 resolution is noisy, unstable or there is no video, please confi rm the following:
Image is Noisy
Change the refresh rate to 30 Hz by using the computer graphic adapter's setting.
Image is unstable or with no video
1. Unplug the signal cable.
2. Touch the "MENU" key to show the No Signal OSD menu.

3. Touch the " " key to show the DP switch menu.
4. Select DP1.2-1 or DP1.1 (Default is DP1.2-2).
DP1.2-2: DisplayPort 1.2 setting with 3840 x 2160 (60 Hz) Maximum resolution.
DP1.2-1: DisplayPort 1.2 setting with 3840 x 2160 (30 Hz) Maximum resolution.
DP1.1: DisplayPort 1.1 setting with 3840 x 2160 (30 Hz) Maximum resolution.
5. Press MENU to close the OSD menu.
6. Reboot computer.
NOTE: NEC has noted that some higher resolution DisplayPort signals can occasionally become unreliable. The typical
symptom is that no image is displayed or the image is corrupted. The described OSD menu option offers additional
fi rmware processing for DisplayPort signals to optimize the native resolution support and therefore improve signal
reliability.
