Apps and features
– Language and speaking style: Set the language to communicate with Bixby Voice
and set the style of voice feedback. The selected language is applied only when you
talk with Bixby Voice.
– Voice feedback: Activate or deactivate voice feedback from Bixby Voice.
– Feedback style: Set Bixby Voice to respond in short statements or in a more
conversational style.
– Voice wake-up: Set Bixby Voice to wake up when it hears you say "Hi Bixby". You can
also change the settings for the voice wake-up feature.
– Unlock with voice password: Set the device to unlock by saying your voice password
to Bixby Voice.
• Y our device can be unlocked by someone else who says the correct password.
• V oice password is less secure than Pattern, PIN, or Password.
– Enhanced voice recognition: Set Bixby Voice to improve voice recognition based on
your pronunciation. Record your pronunciation to help Bixby Voice understand you
better.
This feature may not be available depending on the language you set to
communicate with Bixby Voice.
– Dictation on keyboard: Set Bixby Voice to start dictation mode when you press and
hold the Bixby key while the Samsung keyboard is open.
– Read aloud in high quality: Set Bixby Voice to read messages aloud in high quality
audio.
– Bixby XP animation: Set whether to show an animation when you earn Bixby XP.
– Ranking: View your ranking among Bixby Voice users. Your ranking is based on how
much Bixby experience you have earned in the last 30 days.
– Voice apps and services: View Bixby Voice supported apps and each app's suggested
commands.
– Bixby Labs: View apps and voice commands that Bixby Voice is experimenting with
at Bixby Labs. If you install the apps the Bixby Labs recommends, you can experience
Bixby Voice in more apps.
– Auto-update 3rd party app plugin: Set the device to automatically update plugins
Bixby uses to control third party apps.
