If the Asko D5646 Series dishwasher is washing and draining but not cleaning well, check the following:

- Spray arms: Ensure they rotate freely and are not blocked. Remove and clean them if needed. Also, check that dishes are not blocking the spray arms.
- Detergent: Use fresh detergent and the correct dosage based on water hardness. Avoid using large packages of old detergent.
- Program selection: Choose a higher temperature or more powerful program if the current one is too weak.
- Dish loading: Load dishes correctly. Avoid covering porcelain with large bowls or placing very tall glasses in basket corners.
- Filter: Ensure the filter is properly fitted and clean.
- Rinse aid: Check the rinse aid dosage setting and adjust if necessary.
- Crystal etching: Use lower temperatures and less detergent for delicate items like crystal.
