    Can’t play video files Loading time may vary depends on codec and types of video file. Use COWON MediaCenter to convert video files to Q5W compatible files, otherwise video may not be played on Q5W. TV OUT puts noisy picture/does not work Make sure Q5W TV out setting is correct.
