I just want to download a manual, not software. I am extremely annoyed that when I purchase a product I don't get a good manual and then when I try to obtain a full manual via download I have to jump through a bunch of hoops. Just make it available in PDF format so I can easily download the content without adding more software on my computer. I am so sick and tired of these electronics companies and the BS you have to go through to get the simplest damn thing.
