Keeping your washing machine clean improves its performance, wards off
unnecessary repairs, and lengthens its life.

1. Unplug the washing machine from the power supply.
2. Open the filter cover.
3. Pull forward the emergency drain tube to separate it
from the guide hook.
4. Pull the emergency drain tube down below the
standard line* as shown by the figure on the right.
5. Take off the emergency drain cap closing the emergency
drain tube.
6. Allow all the water to flow into a bowl.
7. Re-attach the cap to the emergency drain tube and then fix
the emergency drain tube to the guide hook.
8. Replace the filter-cover.
CLEaninG tHE EXtErior
1. Wipe the washing machine surfaces, including the control panel, with a soft cloth using a
nonabrasive household detergent.
2. Use a soft cloth to dry the surfaces.
3. Do not pour water onto the washing machine.
