Check the housing for damage.
Connect the unit to be powered to the cigar lighter socket.

The unit to be powered must not draw more current than the maximum continuous
current of the power supply, in order to prevent overload. (The continuous current draw,
should be no more than 80% of the output current max.).
5. Plug the power supply into a wall outlet.
6. The Red LED indicator will light.
