Editing A Phone Number In Memory - Uniden EXS 9965 Owner's Manual

If you select
Go Back
at any time, no changes
are made and the handset
shows the Memory
Store screen.

EDITING A PHONE NUMBER IN MEMORY

To edit a number you have stored in the handset:
1. Remove the handset from the base.
2. Press and hold
mem
two seconds.
The display shows the Memory Store
screen and any saved name/numbers.
3. Use the and
s t
two-digit number (01-30) to select the
memory location you would like to edit.
4. Press select .
The display shows the memory
location you have selected.
5. Press again to enter the Edit
select
Memory mode.
The following screen appears:
A cursor flashes indicating that the
display is ready to edit the name.
6. Edit the name with the
Use the and
Use the key to move the cursor right.
for
keys or enter a
and keys.
keys to enter symbols.
