Personalize your phone : Sounds
Turn it off
Open
quick settings
and touch
If it's turning itself on again, but you don't want it to:
Make sure you're not silencing on a schedule or
If you're using
Bedtime
mode and turn Do Not Disturb off
Set down to start
You can turn on Do Not Disturb by placing your phone face down on a surface. To enable this gesture:

Go to
Settings
> Sound > Advanced.
Or,
open
the Moto app and touch

Touch Flip for DND and turn it on
Choose what can interrupt
You can choose which interruptions to allow when Do Not Disturb is on.
Choose interruptions by People
1.
Go to
Settings
> Sound > Do Not Disturb.
Or, in quick settings, touch & hold

Touch People.
3.
Choose what and who to allow.
Conversations: Allow all or priority conversations, or allow none. Touch to make selections.
Calls: Allow calls from starred contacts, other contacts, all callers, or none. You can also allow calls if
the same person calls twice in 15 minutes; turn Allow repeat callers on
Messages: Allow messages from starred contacts, other contacts, anyone, or none.
Choose interruptions by Apps

Settings
> Sound > Do Not Disturb.
Or, in quick settings, touch & hold

Touch Apps.

Touch

Touch the app to allow, and set notifications to allow
You'll see selected apps under APPS THAT CAN INTERRUPT. To change which notifications can interrupt,
touch the app in the list.
Allow alarms and other interruptions
Alarms and media sounds are allowed by default, but you can turn them off. You can also allow touch
sounds, reminders, and calendar events to send notifications.
