No date: no deadline is set.
•
Today: the deadline is set to today's date.
•
Custom: you can manually enter the date you
need.

Viewing a task
When you access the Task list menu, the list of tasks
displays. A
icon next to a task means that the task is
of high priority, and a
progress.
Select the task you want to view from the list. To
change the task item, tap or press <Edit>.
While viewing a task, tap or press <Options> to
access the following options:
•
Completed: set the task completed.
(Blue).
•
In process: set the task in the process.

Forward: set the task forward.
(Red).
•
Erase: erase the selected task.

•
Purge: erase the tasks of which the deadlines are
expired.
Alarm set
(Menu 8.4)
Use this menu to set an alarm to sound at a specific
time.
Setting an alarm
1. Select Alarm set.
2. Select Wake-up call, Alarm 1, or Alarm 2.
3. Select the alarm frequency option on the Set field.
•
Once: the alarm rings just once.
•
Daily: the alarm rings every day at the same
time.
•
Mon-Fri: the alarm rings from Monday to
Friday.
•
Select: the alarm rings on the specified days.
4. If you choose Select, press [Down] and deselect
the days you do not want by tapping or pressing
<Uncheck>.
5. Move to the Time field.
