Viewing a countdown timer
Select a timer from the countdown timer list.
While viewing a timer, tap or press <Options> to
access the following options:
•
Edit: edit the selected timer.
•
Erase: erase the selected timer.
•
Erase all: erase all timers.

You can use your phone as a world time clock or
stopwatch.
World time
(Menu 8.0.1)
Use this menu to find out the current time in another
part of the world.
Viewing world time
Scroll to the time zone you want to check.
Applying Daylight Saving Time (DST)
1. Scroll to the time zone to which you want to apply
DST and tap or press <DST>.
2. Tap or press <Yes>.
Stopwatch
(Menu 8.0.2)
Use this menu to measure elapsed time. The precision
of the stopwatch is one one-hundredth of a second.
1. Tap or press <Start> to start the timer.
2. Tap or press <Lap> to check an interval. You can
repeat this step for a total of 20 intervals.
3. When you have finished, tap or press <Stop>.
Dictionary
(Menu 8.*)
Use this menu to search for words and to organise
your own dictionary.
Search word
(Menu 8.*.1)
Your phone provides you with an English-Chinese/
Chinese-English dictionary. Use this menu to search
for words.
1. Enter the Chinese or English word you want.
2. Tap or press <Select>.
The display shows the pronunciation of the word
you entered and the corresponding English or
Chinese words.
