    Selecting a Location It is important to select a proper location for your poly shelter. While the location may have been predetermined before you even ordered your shelter, you may want to “improve” the location before starting the assembly process. One of the most important considerations is that the location should be level.

    Section B - Assembly 68" Pipe 52" Pipe 4 Way Coupler 3 Way Coupler Typical Roof Frame Parts Laid Out Step 1: Assemble (6) 10' sections of ridge pipe by slipping a swedged 52" pipe into a 68" pipe. Step 2: Arrange the roof pipes on the ground adjacent to the correct 3-Way and 4-Way couplers. 68"...
  • Page 6 Step 3: Connect the pipes and couplers as illustrated. Step 4: Create (2) 1/2" PVC pipes by connecting 3 sections for each. Slip a PVC cap onto each end. Place the first pipe underneath the outside purlin. Bend pipe over and down from top ridge towards other outside purlin.
  • Page 7 Step 5: Fasten both pipes with two 1/2" pipes straps each using self-drilling pan head screws; no pilot hole is needed. Trim excess PVC pipe. Step 6: Lift one side of roof and slide in the 68" leg poles. Then lift the other side and insert the remaining leg poles.
  • Page 8 Section C - Anchor Frame Step 1: Screw an auger earth anchor into the ground near each leg. Anchors must be placed close enough to the bottom frame to ensure a connection with the U-clamps. Step 2: Slip the U-clamp around the bottom frame. Place one of the legs of the U-clamp through the eye of the anchor.
  • Page 9 Section F - Install End Panels DO NOT INSTALL END PANELS ON A WINDY DAY AS DAMAGE TO THEM MAY RESULT! Step 1: Locate the end panels. Notice that one end panel has a narrow “man door” and the other has a wider multi-purpose door.
  • Page 10 Step 5: While standing inside the shelter, start at the peak of the end rafter and pull the end panel over the top of the rafter so the material edge is on the inside of the rafter. Step 6: Secure the panel in place at the top center with a fabric clip. Step 7: Move outward in both directions, placing one fabric clip every 24."...
  • Page 11 Section G - Install Main Cover Step 1: Fasten a ratchet to the end conduit with a Tek screw in the bottom hole of the ratchet. The ratchet should be about 6" in from the end of the conduit. Repeat this step in all four corners.   • Page 12 Step 7: To pull the cover over the frame, attach ropes to the both ends of the cover conduit. Wrap the rope around the conduit a few times as shown below to prevent the rope from slipping off accidentally. Step 8: Then pull the ropes over the top of the shelter. Two or more people are recommended. Step 9: Center the cover front to back and side to side.
