  • Page 22 ANDELI 安德利 TIG-250GPLC Causes for oxidization of tungsten needle are as follows: 1:氩气质量差。 1: Poor argon gas quality. 2:钨极质量差,含杂质多。 2. Tungsten electrode is poor in quality and contains many impurities. 3:焊接电流过大。 3: Excessive welding current. 4:点焊时钨针和工件的距离过大,等各种因素。 4: Distance between tungsten needle and workpiece is too long when carrying out spot welding, and various factors.
  • Page 23 ANDELI 安德利 TIG-250GPLC 3:把焊机转换到氩弧模式下,电流设置到 160 左右,把钨针和地线直接接触形成短路,按住 枪开关不放保持 2 到 3 秒钟左右,此时钨针产生高温可有效的把氧化层烧掉。此方法处理后钨 针应呈黑色,再次转换到冷焊模式下进行点焊即可。 3: Switch welding machine to argon arc mode, current is set at about 160, make tungsten needle directly contact with welding spot to generate short circuit, press and hold onto gun switch for 2 to 3 seconds, then high temperature generated by tungsten needle can burn away oxidation layer effectively.
