On your TV, switch to the correct video
input.

To play audio from TV programs through
your home theater, connect an additional
audio cable (see 'Connect audio from TV
and other devices' on page 17).
On your home theater, press SOURCE
repeatedly to select the correct audio input.
Connect to other devices
through HDMI
Connect digital devices directly to your home
theater through an HDMI connection. Digital
devices can include a set-top box, games console,
or camcorder.
With standard HDMI connection, the video from
the connected device is automatically displayed on
your TV and the audio is automatically played on
your home theater.

On the connected devices, turn on HDMI-

Using a High Speed HDMI cable, connect
the HDMI OUT connector on your digital
device to the HDMI IN connector on your
home theater.
Connect your home theater to the TV (see
'Connect to TV' on page 14).

If the TV is not HDMI CEC compliant,
select the correct video input on your TV.
Select the correct HDMI input on your
home theater (see 'Set up audio for
connected devices' on page 17).
