Block- Jet Silent. Updated manuals are available from our website www.cattani.it . We recommend you refer SIGNS AND WARNINGS Read the manual before you assemble the device...
ASSEMBLY AND STARTUP RECOMMENDED PRECAUTIONS Before opening the packaging check carefully for signs of damage and verify that the Shockwatch HANDLE WITH CARE indicator is not red. If it is red, accept the delivery WARNING WARNING “with reservations” after making sure that the SHOCKWATCH equipment is in perfect condition.
Page 9
ASSEMBLY AND CONNECTIONS Blok-Jet Silent 1 and 2 are designed for surgeries that need to reduce footprint and noise, they can be installed indoor provided the air exhausted by the suction unit is conveyed outside and the air for the compressor is supplied from the outside. We recommend you treat exhaust air and the air supplied to the compressor with HEPA H14 antibacterial filters.
Page 10
Make sure that the suction tubes are clear from debris. Insert the Ø 50 mm tube provided into “SUCTION” inlet no. (9), connect the suction of the Blok-Jet Silent unit to the central system of the clinic. Connect the Ø 50 mm heat-resistant tube to tube holder (10) (“EXHAUST AIR”).
Page 11
RECOMMENDED PRECAUTIONS Blok-Jet Silent is equipped with an internal ventilation system which, taking air from the room, lowers the internal temperature produced by the equipment during operation. The room will also have to be equipped with a ventilation system, with exhaustion and an inlet for air supply, in order to guarantee a flow that will maintain room temperature in the range + 5 °C to 35 °C.

ASSEMBLY When Blok-Jet Silent is installed on a lower level level before connecting with the suction unit. This than the surgeries, the suction piping must go will remove the potential energy that the liquids down to the level of the suction unit, with a couple produce when flowing downward.
STARTING UP, TESTING AND INSTRUCTING PERSONNEL COMPRESSOR AC200 AND AC300 OPERATION STARTING UP, TESTING AND INSTRUCTING PERSONNEL Once you have assembled and electrically connected interpret danger warnings and light signals (3-4) and to the Blok-Jet Silent, simply switch on the unit (1) and correctly carry out maintenance operations with Puli-Jet send the permissive signal from one of the dental units plus new, Pulse Cleaner and antifoaming tablets.
OPERATION OF SUCTION UNIT MICRO-SMART AND TURBO-SMART OPERATION The suction assembly (9) (through tube 10) creates vacuum in the centrifugal separator (11). The fluid received from the surgeries, through the manifold tube (2) flows into the centrifugal separator (11). The centrifugal separator separates air from liquids: the air is exhausted outside through tube no.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE COMPRESSOR AC200 AND AC300 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE TO BE CARRIED OUT BY TRAINED MEMBERS OF THE SURGERY STAFF • Danger of electrical shock, even 230 V can be fatal. • High temperature. • Generic danger sign. • Obligatory direction of flow or rotation. Before getting close to the compressor remove power and make sure that nobody can restore power without informing the person in charge...
