COMPUTER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1) Display description
• Time--------------0.00-99.59 MIN:SEC
• Speed-------------0.0-999.9 km/h or mi/h
• Distance----------0.00-99.99 km or mi
• Calories-----------0.0-999.9 kcal
• Scan-------------- 0,0-99,99 km ou mi
• Pulse--------------40-200 beats/min
2) Key press function
• Mode/Reset: A short-press can choose different functions, but a long-press of
4 seconds can delete all the data.
• Set: set up the input value (if it has this button)
• Reset: set up the data reset (if it has this button)
3) Operating process
• If the machine or display is not used within 4 minutes, the display will
automatically shut down, and enter the power-saving state. If you start using
the machine again or use the keypad, the display will automatically turn on
and start operating.
4) Functions
• Time (TIME): Press the mode key, and when the ``TMR`` mark appears at the
bottom of the screen, the time function will be displayed.
• Speed (SPEED): Press the mode key, and when the ``SPD`` mark appears at
the bottom of the screen, the speed function will be displayed.
• Distance (DIST): Press the mode key, and when the ``DIST`` mark appears at
the bottom of the screen, the distance function will be displayed.
• Calorie (CAL): Press the mode key, and when the ``CAL`` mark appears at the
bottom of the screen, the calorie function will be displayed.
• Scanning (SCAN): Press the mode key, and when the ``SCAN`` mark appears
at the bottom of the screen, the following functions TIME, SPEED, DIST, CAL,
PULSE will rotate every four seconds.
• Heart rate (PULSE): Press the mode key, and when the ``P`` sign appears, the
electronic watch will introduce the heart rate function. In order to measure
the current heart rate, the sensor grip should be grasped with both hands.
5) Battery: 2xAA batteries are not included. When the battery stops working,
replace it with a new pair of AA batteries.
