Installing the Weights or
Front Lift Frame
Note:
Ensure that your machine has the appropriate
number of weights. If necessary, install additional
weights from weight kit 100-6442 (sold separately).
1.
Park the machine on a level surface, engage
the parking brake, remove the key (if equipped),
and wait for all moving parts to stop.
2.
If you are installing front lift frame kit 08712 refer
to the instructions provided with that kit.
3.
If you are installing weight kit 100-6442 refer to
the instructions provided with that kit; mark and
drill 2 holes on each side of the front caster fork
as shown in
Figure
Note:
Some machines may have existing holes.
1. 37.4 mm (1-1/2 inches)
2. Drill a pair of 13.5 mm
(17/32 inch) holes at
this location using the
dimensions provided
3. 127 mm (5 inches)

Installing the Chain to the
Drag Mat
Secure 1 end of the chain to the drag mat with a screw
(5/16 x 1-1/2 inches) and a locknut (5/16 inch); refer
to
Figure
2.
