Troubleshooting

Your appliance is processed via Quality Control against any malfunction.
Fault
The amount of
steam discharged
is reduced/
no steam is
discharged
Indicator light is
not on.
A foul smell
comes out of the
appliance
Possible Cause
1. The water reservoir may not
be full.
2. The appliance may not be
plugged in properly/the fuse
may be blown.
3. The power switch is not
brought to "on" .

Solution
1. Make sure the water reservoir is
filled. Refer to the relevant page of
the user manual provided.
2. Verify that the appliance is plugged
into an approved electrical outlet and
that the fuse is working properly. Be
sure to wait at least 3 minutes for the
water to warm up.
3. Make sure that the power switch is
brought to
"ON" .
