INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR THREE POINT INTERNAL MICROMETER (707-008)
 Use
Mainly for measuring holes
 Zero setting
Before using, clean the measuring faces and the hole of the setting ring with soft
cloth or sift paper. Rotate ratchet stop until the measuring faces contact the hole of the
setting Ring. If the reading of the micrometer does not coincide with the digit of the
setting ring, adjust zero position in the following manners:
Unlock the adjusting screw rotate thimble-2 until the riding of the micrometer
coincides with the digit of the setting ring screw down the adjusting screw.
If the graduation on the thimble-1 dies not coincide with the – zero line on the outside
Sleeve, and value is above 1mm, unlock the screw-1 with the screwdriver. Push the
Thimble-1 with the thumb until the graduation on the thimble -1 coincides with
the zero line on the outside sleeve. Screw down the screw-1.
 Reading
Min reading is 0.001 mm (0.0001'')
