(5)按下旋钮→Motion→Move axis→Move X→选
择合适移动单位,移动 X 轴到最大距离,在
移动过程中,根据纸张阻力大小,微调热床
平台螺母,使得纸张有轻微阻力;
Press the knob→Motion→Move
axis→Move X→Select the appropriate
moving unit,move the X axis to the
maximum distance.According to the
resistance of the paper, fine-tune the nut of
the heat bed platform to make the paper
have a slight resistance;
(7)调节完后拧紧 Y 轴限位上的螺丝;
Tighten the screws on the Y-axis limit;
注意:长时间打印可能会导致喷嘴磨损,如果出现打印模型品质不佳,请及时更换喷嘴。
Note: Printing for a long time may cause the nozzle to wear out. If the quality of the printed model is
not good, please replace the nozzle in time
如果喷嘴离传送带平台太远,
耗材将无法很好粘附在传送
带上。
If the nozzle is too far away
from the conveyor belt
platform, the filament will not
adhere well to the conveyor
belt.
如果喷嘴离传送带平台太紧,
喷嘴将可能刮到传送带, 损伤
传送带,磨损喷嘴,耗材无法
均匀挤出。
If the nozzle is too tight from
the conveyor belt platform,
the nozzle may scratch the
conveyor belt, damage the
conveyor belt, wear the
nozzle, and the filament
cannot be evenly extruded.
(6) 按下 Auto home, 再次在移动过程中感受热
床平台各位置上喷嘴与纸张的阻力是否大
概一致,否则重复上述调平过程;
Press Auto home and feel whether the
resistance of the nozzle and the paper
at each position of the hot bed platform
is approximately the same during the
movement, otherwise repeat the
above leveling process;
(8)调节一侧的热床平台高度大概一致.
Adjust the height of the heating bed
platform on one side to be approximately
the same.
