We have an Easyfone Prime A6. My son changed the password and forgets what it is. When he turns on the phone, we get a screen that says "please input password". He doesn't know it so we can't get past that screen

    Get started 1. Slide down to open the battery cover. 2. Insert your SIM card(Only supports Nano SIM card).

Insert the narrow end of the card into the card slot until the whole card fits completely. The phone supports maximum 16GB memory card.
