    You can enjoy Dolby Digital (5.1ch), DTS (5.1ch), and MPEG audio (5.1ch) surround effect. If you connect to a Sony audio component that is compatible with the CONTROL FOR HDMI function, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the audio component.

    Controlling TVs with the remote You can control the sound level, input source, and power switch of your Sony TV with the supplied remote. Available buttons Depending on the connected unit, you may not be able to control your TV using all or some of the buttons on the supplied remote.

    Playback Playing Discs Switch the input selector on your TV so that the signal from the player appears on your TV screen. Press Z on the player, and place a disc on the disc tray. Playback side facing down Press N. The disc tray closes.

    Repeat steps 2 to 3, to programme other titles, chapters, or tracks. The programmed titles, chapters, and tracks are displayed in the selected order. Press N. Programme Play begins. When the programme ends, you can restart the same programme again by pressing N.
