Then Press & Hold the Reset/WPS button on the back of the unit for ~ 12 seconds (until the POWER LED starts BLINKING Fast) then Release the Reset/WPS button. Unit will reset and now be at factory default. Note: If the Power LED does not start blinking fast, disconnect all Ethernet cables and repeat process.
