  • Page 3 PNI SafeHome PT225G is a gas detector equipped with a high sensitivity semiconductor sensor. In the event of a gas leak and the gas concentration exceeds the preset limit, the detector will trigger an audible and light alarm and send a notification to the Tuya Smart application.

    Installation Before deciding where to install the detector, determine if the detected gas is heavier or lighter than air. If the gas is heavier than air (eg LPG), install the detector 0.3-1m away from the floor. If the gas is lighter than air (eg natural gas, methane gas), install the detector 0.3-1m away from the ceiling.
