Cleaning and maintenance

The lithium batteries are maintenance-free.

Solution
Remove the transportation lock

Set the correct DIP-switch order.

Connect the battery properly.
Charge the battery for minimum 24h.
Wait 30 minutes to cool down the
battery and reset itself.
Plug the transportation lock in, wait
10 seconds and remove the transpor-
tation plug.
Disconnect all the cables from the
battery, wait 10 seconds and recon-
nect the cables.
Charge the battery to reset.
Set the correct DIP-switch order.

Connect the temperature sensor
connector properly.
Warm up the battery.
Wait 30 minutes to cool down the
battery and reset itself.
Charge the battery for minimum 24h.
