    1.3 ETICHETTA IDENTIFICATIVA La macchina duplicatrice 3-CODE è provvista di un’etichetta identificativa (Fig.1), riportante il numero di serie o di matricola della macchina, il nome e l’indirizzo del produttore, il marchio CE e l’anno di produzione.

    2.3 DESCRIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA La macchina 3-CODE è stata progettata per tagliare chiavi piatte e da punzonate/laser. In fase di progettazione sono stati presi in esame anche i più minimi dettagli al fine di creare una macchina compatta, precisa e semplice da utiliz- zare.

  • Page 15 3-CODE • Fermo della chiave. Dopo aver scelto il lato del morsetto, occorre posizionare la chiave nel senso della lunghezza, per fare ciò bisogna tenere presente il fermo della chiave. In base al modello di chiave, vi sono due tipi di fermo: 1.

    3-CODE 3.2.2 TIPO DI FERMO Nel morsetto è possibile introdurre sia chiavi punzonate che laser, con fermo collo o con riferimento in punta. Le prime (con fermo C) occorre posizionarle appoggiandole ale ganasce mentre le altre (fermo punta) occorre posizionarle in riferimento a uno degli incavi (1-2-3), in base a quanto indicato nel software ERREBIKeyPro.

    3-CODE 3.3 REGOLAZIONE DI DIFFERENTI MORSETTI La macchina presenta 2 zone distinte per la regolazione dei morsetti e la realizzazione delle letture. 3.3.1 REGOLAZIONE MORSETTO CHIAVI PIATTE Si può utilizzare per regolare la fresa o il lettore. Dopo la regolazione può essere utilizzato per effettuare letture delle chiavi.

  • Page 21 3-CODE 3.3.2.2 TASTATORE 1P Il tastatore 1P viene utilizzato per regolare il lettore e per codificare chiavi punzonate o laser. Per regolare il lettore: 1) Estrarre la leva (T8) e abbassarla fino alla propria posizione. 2) Posizionare la piastra di regolazione RPC nel morsetto, dal lato posteriore del morsetto. (Fig.24) 3) Andare al menu REGOLAZIONI→selezionare regolazione→regolazione zero-macchine(chiavi sicurezza)→Lettore.

    3-CODE 6.1 ACCESSO ALLA PARTE POSTERIORE Per accedere alla parte posteriore occorre seguire le istruzioni riportate a continuazione: 1) Spegnere la macchina mediante il pulsante di emergenza e scollegare il cavo di alimentazione. 2) Togliere il tablet dal supporto 3) Rimuovere 7 viti (T10) con una brugola da 3 (Fig.28) NOTA: Non toccare le viti zincate 4) Rimuovere il fermo posteriore (T11) sollevandolo.

    3-CODE FIG. 31 6.5 SOSTITUZIONE FRESA CILINDRICA 1) Spegnere la macchina mediante l’interruttore generale e scollegare il cavo di alimentazione. 2) Sollevare il fermo in plastica posto nella parte frontale. 3) Svitare la vite prigioniera (T16) con una chiave da 3mm (T17) ed estrarre la fresa cilindrica (T18). Fig.32 4) Sostituire la fresa tirandola verso l’alto fino al fermo.

    7.1 IMBALLO • L’imballo che contiene la 3-CODE è di cartone, può essere pertanto riciclato come imballo. • Viene equiparato ai rifiuti solidi urbani e, pertanto, deve essere conferito insieme alla carta e cartone. • Le protezioni della macchina all’interno della scatola di cartone sono in materiale polimerico assimilabile ai rifiuti solidi urbani e, pertanto, vanno conferite insieme al normale indifferenziato.

    3-CODE GUIDA OPERATIVA SOFTWARE Il software “ERREBIKeyPro” si utilizza per il controllo totale della macchina 3-CODE. Per accedere a questo software occorre cliccare sull’icona. Successivamente all’esecuzione del programma compare il seguente menù principale. 1) Il programma è diviso in 3 differenti aree in base al tipo di ricerca che si intende effettuare.

    9.1 LINK BLUETOOTH La macchina 3-Code viene fornita con un Tablet con un ‘applicazione configurata affinchè funzioni con la 3-Code, ma l’applicazione ERREBIKeyPro potrà essere installata su qualsiasi tablet con schermo superiore a 8” e con Android versione superiore a 4.4.2 “Kitkat”.     Nel momento in cui inseriamo o selezioniamo un produttore di serrature, il sistema effettua una ricerca automatica.     9.4.3 RICERCA DI CHIAVI PER COMPATIBILITà CON ALTRO PRODUTTORE (ZONA COMPATIBILITà) Questo paragrafo consente di inserire riferimenti relativi alle chiavi, che non sono riferimenti ERREBI e fornirà in- formazioni sulla chiave equivalente di ERREBI e, allo stesso tempo, fornirà informazioni sulla fattibilità o meno della chiave con la 3-CODE.

    Una volta connesso il programma alla 3-CODE nel programma “ERREBIKeyPro” si potrà accedere alla scheda tec- nica relativa al taglio della chiave. Se non vi è alcun collegamento alla macchina 3-CODE questa informazione non è accessibile. Le schede possono essere suddivise in due gruppi, in base alla zona di fissaggio e allo strumento da taglio che viene utilizzato, pertanto vengono definite le categorie riportate a continuazione: a) Schede chiavi dentate.

Poiché il riferimento della chiave viene dato dal dorso ed è già calibrato, viene solitamente effettuato il taglio normale, ma in caso di chiavi a doppia cifratura (chiavi di automobili), una volta tagliato un lato della chiave non vi è...

    3-CODE I tipi di taglio sono i seguenti: NORMALE: Per chiavi tradizionali di automobili e serrature di porte. IDEALE : E’ il più innovativo riscontrato sulle serrature di automobili, con questo tipo di taglio la congiunzione tra gli angoli della cifratura viene determinata automaticamente dalla macchina, ottenendo cifrature con angolo variabile.

Nei casi di fermo 1,2 la punta della chiave e utilizzando la lastra fermo punta nelle fessure del lato 1 del morsetto A1.

    9.6 REGOLAZIONE MORSETTI E’ previsto che la macchina 3-CODE disponga di due strumenti, quello orizzontale per tagliare chiavi dentate e quello verticale per tagliare chiavi punzonate e laser, entrambi sono isolati e dispongono di un sensore elettrico in grado di rilevare la collisione o il contatto con la chiave o il morsetto.

    3-CODE 9.6.1 REGOLAZIONE MORSETTO DENTATO All’interno del menù di regolazione dei morsetti selezioniamo il morsetto (S) che andremo a regolare. In questo caso selezioniamo regolazione chiavi piatte. La regolazione del morsetto dentato è molto semplice, occorre prendere lo strumento CRG e posizionarlo sul lato 1 del morsetto che andremo a utilizzare (Vedere Capitolo 3.3.1 per il posizionamento del CRG sul morsetto).

    9.7 AGGIORNAMENTO FIRMWARE La procedura di aggiornamento del Firmware è automatica, dal momento che il programma in fase di inizializzazione e connessione alla 3-CODE verifica la versione di quest’ultima e, se non è idonea passa alla finestra relativa all’ag- giornamento.
  • Page 51 è in corso l’aggiornamento del programma di firmware. Si tratta di una normale operazio- ne che durerà da 5 a 10 minuti fino a che il led non diventa di colore verde fisso ad indicare che la 3-CODE è pronta per entrare nuovamente nell’applicazione e a procedere con il taglio delle chiavi.

    OPERATION FIG. 10 The 3-CODE machine, will only work if it is connected to the TABLET with the ERREBIKeyPro program. The commu- nication between the software and the machine is via Bluetooth. This said, switch the tablet on and then activate the software. After having activated the program, a blue light will show on the display.

    9.7 UPDATE FIRMWARE The Firmware updating process is automatic, because when the program starts and connects to the 3-CODE it checks the version of the same and if it is not adequate it jumps to the updating window. Access to this same window can be obtained through “ERREBIKeyPro” Adjustments and clicking on the part of up- dating.
  • Page 101 After the downloading process has finished, the above message appears, we can exit the “ERREBIKeyPro” appli- cation pressing the button END (F). We switch off the 3-CODE machine and then switch it on again, we will see the green diode flash, that is because the firmware program is updating. This is normal and the process will take from 5 to 10 minutes, until the diode becomes steady green, at that moment the 3-CODE is prepared to enter the application again and continue cutting keys.
