Support Guide After-sales service Overhaul service We offer an overhaul service to our customers that enables them to continue to use their SYSTEM Series products for as long as possible. This service includes O-ring and charge terminal replacement, overpressure valve inspection, battery refresh, and full inspection of all functions and waterproof performance. A one-year warranty is issued after the overhaul.

The battery cannot be charged. ” on page 10. → It is possible that the Battery Module protection circuit has been activated. Perform the recovery procedure by following the steps below and check that all functions have been restored.

Support Guide ■ Maintaining the O-ring 1. Remove the O-ring with your thumb and fi nger. 2. Check that the O-ring is free of dirt, foreign object, crack or damage. 3. Clean the O-ring groove with a cotton swab, etc. 4. Apply special grease on the O-ring. 5.

Support Guide Q� The battery cannot be charged� ① Check the connections around the charger. → Make sure that the connections between the charge adapter and USB cable and between the AC adapter and USB cable are not loose. → Check to see whether the red LED lamp on the charge adapter is lit. If it is lit, the battery is fully charged.

Q� Can other RGBlue light modules be connected to the System 01/02:re series Light Module or Battery Module? → Any combination of RGBlue light and battery modules is possible. When the System 01/02:re series and conventional series modules are combined, however, the drip-proof gasket between the modules does not work.
