    Rangemaster TXTIMER – remote control for TIMER timing system Order code: TXTIMER 2.2 OPENING/CLOSING THE ENCLOSURE To open the enclosure unscrew 4 screws. They are covered with the rubber part (decorative seal). That is why first move the rubber part up to be able to unscrew and open the enclosure.

    2.4.1 SETTING THE SHOOTING GROUND CODE (SGC) In order to avoid the possibility that Rangemaster devices might be controlled by someone else with the similar remote control the Shooting Ground Code (SGC) is being set. SGC is a 4 digit code set to the device (in this case to transmitter and timer) which allows to prevent unnecessary use by similar transmitters (not belonging to this shooting ground).

Set the code for the lower byte of SGC, and press A button on the front of transmitter. The red lamp on the upper left corner will blink once.

    (refer to section 2.4.4) and press E button on TXTIMER remote control. The red lamp on the upper left corner will blink thrice. 2.4.3 SETTING THE LAYOUT ADDRESS To make the remote control compatible with certain layout use the DIP switch placed on the PCB inside the enclosure.

    This period starts upon receipt of the product. Rangemaster Systems will not be liable for loss of data or loss of profit or turnover due to a defect. The warranty only includes repair or replacement of defect components, which failed during daily use.
