b) Plug the free end of the communication cable to the communication port of the SmartPunch Plus in the rear
side of the machine.
c) Replace the finisher rear maintenance cover. Ensure that the communication cables are not pinched anywhere.
d) Connect the supplied AC power cable to the SmartPunch Plus on the rear side lower left corner.
SmartPunch Plus has a power switch on the front of the machine. Ensure this is turned on.
7. Leveling & Height Adjustment
7.1 Height Setting
No height adjustment of the SmartPunch Plus is required for an installation site with a level floor. If the floor
is uneven then it is recommended to set the level of the SmartPunch Plus using the upstream device as a
reference.
